EPAL pallets built for quality, safety & sustainability.

Production begins with the careful selection of logs from sustainably managed forests. Each log undergoes strict checks to ensure the optimal raw material for the production of wooden pallet elements.

Logs are processed by scraping in order to remove the bark and obtain clean wooden elements ready for further processing. This step contributes to the precision in the further stages of cutting and production.

After turning, the logs are cut to precise dimensions in order to obtain the boards and blocks needed to assemble the pallets. The remaining material, such as sawdust and bark, is recycled and used in the production of pressed cubes for a more sustainable process.

The elements are assembled into final pallets using modern machines and manual assembly, depending on the requirements. This process involves the precise positioning of blocks, boards and nails to ensure optimal stability and load-bearing capacity of the pallet.
